 Registration fees* (VAT included) 

• Academic: 600 € (Early bird), then 750 € after June 6, 2025
  

• Student/Postdoctoral researcher: 400 € (Early bird), then 500 € after June 6, 2025
  

• Industrial/Non-academic: 800 € (Early bird), then 1000 € after June 6, 2025
  (for a single person without a sponsorship agreement)
  

* The registration fee includes: the welcome reception on October 27, lunches, coffee breaks, access to the conference (Rising Star Meeting and ICMM 2025) and the conference pack.

 Additional costs  (VAT included)

- Gala dinner on the evening of October 30, in Bordeaux: 100 €

- Visit "Dune du Pilat + oyster farm" on the afternoon of October 30: 60 €

- Tour of Saint-Emilion + wine tasting on the afternoon of October 30: 60 €

Both tours are scheduled at the same time, please choose only one.  
Each tour is limited and has a minimum and maximum number of participants. We'll do our best to accommodate everyone's wishes, but in the end there may be a first-come, first-served policy.
If a tour does not meet the minimum number of participants, the organizing committee reserves the right to cancel the tour.

- Accompanying person: welcome reception + lunch: 100 €
(Accompanying person must register online and select the appropriate options.)

Special diet: For severe allergies or vegetarian menu requests, please contact the office by email to secretariat no later than September 9, 2025.

Cancellation policy

- All cancellations must be notified as soon as possible by email to secretariat.
- Full refund for cancellations received before July 1, 2025.
- No refund for cancellations received on or after July 1, 2025
